Full-Time Team Trainers

A Coaching Job Like No Other....

 

World Wide Soccer full-time positions are highly sought after due to the extensive coaching time involved and wide variety of work duties you will undertake. Coaches from all over the world apply, even when we are not advertising! The mix of on-field and off-field duties requires a unique applicant with a skill set like no other. You must be a coach of high quality, able to work with youth players effectively, from ages 3 to 18. You must also be highly organized, professional and forward thinking when working within the World Wide Soccer business network. Our company is built upon staff who can perform both on-field duties and off-field duties with vision, initiative and a team-working attitude.

On-Field Duties

 

The majority of hours of your work will be in the capacity of a Team Trainer. WWS Team Trainers are revered as some of the finest soccer trainers and coaches in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area. You will be expected to train your teams with professionalism and to focus on individual and team education and development. Teams range from U9 to U18 age groups for both boys and girls. Camp, clinic and training programs can be even younger:
 
·         Train players in a variety of coaching settings – competitive and recreational
·         Players aged 3 to 8 years, girls and boys – a wide variety of coaching experience awaits
·         Managing your teams
·         Developing season long plans for each team
·         Provide top quality training to continue to build the WWS brand of coaching

Off-Field Duties

 

Your off-field duties will be key to our continued success in the soccer market in Texas. It requires an organized approach, ability to manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously, and a forward thinking approach. Here you will be given great responsibility and opportunities to shine by taking us forward and opening new business streams. To name but a few:
 
·         Support to our Marketing, H.R., Sales and Soccer Club business streams
·         Customer contact via e-mail, telephone and face-to-face
·         Scheduling training & games
·         Maintain customer accounts
·         Project management – new camps/clinics/training programs

Other Information

 

·         Salary determined based upon experience & qualifications
·         Average 35 hours per week
·         Uniform & equipment provided
·         Accommodation will either be with host family or rented for overseas applicants and for those not residing in San Antonio.

I am an International Applicant - Do I need a Visa?


For entry into and the opportunity to work in the U.S.A., you will be required to obtain a visa. WWS will be responsible for helping to prepare your working visa. You will be responsible for complying with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements and must have a valid passport and working visa prior to departure to the U.S.A. WWS will communicate with you frequently and guide you through the application process. The application process can be very long, so we begin the recruitment process early, and you will need to work with us by sending all forms and information in a timely manner.
